Since I see resurrecting threads that were at the Domain is all the rage right now, I decided to revive this thread (which Lionstalon originally started). Post your favorite Hulk pics or any cool Hulk swag you have. I'll start with this bad-ass picture...it's concept art drawn by Bryan Hitch for the video game Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction...the best damn video game based off a comic book ever, which I finally beat tonight. Thanks again, Cap'n.

That picture strikes me as being soaked in irony. This one has less irony...

Well, between my old PS2 taking a crap shortly after I received Ultimate Destruction and all the time I spent tweaking the old board, that's what took me so long. That, and I decided just to start a new game last week and play through it again. Plus, I had to look for all the hidden comic books in the game so I could unlock the two different grey Hulks. Boo-yah.

That picture strikes me as being soaked in irony. Considering that the U.S. government had a hand in creating the Hulk, and has been trying to kill him for God knows how long now? I see your point. It's still a sweet pic, though. You can't go wrong with Dale Keown drawing the Big Mean Green Machine.

Not to mention the hulk is holding a u.s. flag standing on top of a crumbled trade center, kinda showing that "hey our own government toppled that building and killed all those innocent people".

Moreover, when attacked the Hulk gets angry, and when he gets angry he gets much stronger, not at all smarter. He then goes on a rampage tearing up buildings and smashing cars, ruining the lives of many people we don't get to know. Even if that works in comics, it sure doesn't in reality and that's what the picture is tying itself to. Still, nice picture. PS: Is Hulk really popular? When I was a wee one we didn't take much interest in him, he didn't resonate. I wonder if a generations popular heros is a reflection of anything more than what talent is on what book. Did the 80s belong to Batman and Reagan? Did the 90s belong to the X-men and Clinton? Is it now the Hulk and Bush? Just wondering aloud.

I remember, in the original series, that there was an old guy that had the same issue as Banner. I looked it up and the Episode is called "The First". It was a two parter in the fourth season, for those with the dvd set. www.incrediblehulktvseries.com/EpGuide/Season4-2.htmlSynopsis: While studying the research of another scientist named Dr. Clive, David learns about the existence of another man who transformed into a Hulk. His arrival in the town where Dr. Clive did his research is not well received by the towns-people because of all the trouble caused by the other creature. David manages to locate the other man and learns that he not only could transform into a Hulk but that he was cured as well! Using Dr. Clive's notes, David attempts to re-create the cure but things turn from bad to worse when the other man decides that he wants to regain the power of the Hulk and subjects himself to radiation exposure. Now, David has to contend with angry towns-people, an evil Hulk, and his own transformations. AND...Dick Durock, the original Swamp Thing, played evil hulk! COOL!
